-You may contact us and request an order cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
-The 6-hour window is calculated from the order time shown on your confirmation email, regardless of your local time zone.
-After 6 hours, your order may have already entered processing or been dispatched and cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return after delivery under our returns policy.
You’re welcome to request an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the jewellery is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please email us at hello@gr8onyou.com with your order details, and our team will guide you through the return or exchange process with care and attention.
We’re happy to offer both refunds and exchanges. Exchanges of equal value are free of charge. If you’re exchanging for a higher-priced item, we’ll invoice the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.
If your item was part of a set, we kindly ask that you return the full set.
And please don’t forget to include any free gift that came with your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method—typically within 7 business days.
