Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you adore your new gr8onyou jewellery as much as we loved creating it for you. However, if you're not completely satisfied—or simply have changed your mind—we're here to help.

Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation at any time before your item is fulfilled and dispatched.

To cancel, simply use the cancellation option in your order confirmation email or contact us at hello@gr8onyou.com with your order details.

Returns & Exchanges

You're welcome to request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

We'll provide a free prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. Simply ensure the jewellery is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Email us at hello@gr8onyou.com with your order details, and our team will guide you through every step.

Exchanges of the same value are completely free. If you choose a higher-priced item, we'll simply invoice the difference. If you choose a lower-priced item, we'll refund the balance.

If your purchase was part of a jewellery set, please return the complete set, including any complimentary gift received with your order.

There are no restocking fees.

Please note that personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged, as each piece is handcrafted exclusively for you.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method, usually within 7 business days.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you're based within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, use the cancellation option in your order confirmation email or contact hello@gr8onyou.com.

Please note: Custom or personalised jewellery is exempt from this right. Eligible EU refunds are processed within 14 days of your cancellation request.
