We truly hope you adore your new gr8onyou jewellery as much as we loved creating it for you. However, if you’re not completely satisfied—or simply have changed your mind—we’re here to help.


Cancellation Window

 

-You may contact us and request an order cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
-The 6-hour window is calculated from the order time shown on your confirmation email, regardless of your local time zone.
-After 6 hours, your order may have already entered processing or been dispatched and cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return after delivery under our returns policy.


 

You’re welcome to request an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the jewellery is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please email us at hello@gr8onyou.com with your order details, and our team will guide you through the return or exchange process with care and attention.


We’re happy to offer both refunds and exchanges. Exchanges of equal value are free of charge. If you’re exchanging for a higher-priced item, we’ll invoice the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.

 

If your item was part of a set, we kindly ask that you return the full set.
And please don’t forget to include any free gift that came with your order.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.


  • Personalized or custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are crafted uniquely for you.
  • Please package your return securely and include your name and order details inside the parcel.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method—typically within 7 business days.


EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, use the cancellation option in your order confirmation or contact us at hello@gr8onyou.com. Please note: custom or personalised jewellery pieces are exempt from this right.
