gr8onyou Order Cancellation Policy

At gr8onyou, we craft and ship your pieces quickly. If you need to cancel, we're here to help within the time window below.


Cancellation Window

  • You may request an order cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • The 6-hour window is calculated from the order time shown on your confirmation email, regardless of your local time zone.
  • After 6 hours, your order may have already entered processing or been dispatched and cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return after delivery under our returns policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line: Cancel Order #12345.
  2. Email us at hello@gr8onyou.com (include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation).
  3. Use the Contact Us form on our website with the same details.

We will confirm by email whether your cancellation was accepted (within the 6‑hour window and before processing/shipment) or advise next steps.


Eligibility & Exceptions

We aim to honour all cancellations within the 6‑hour window. However, the following items may not be cancellable once processing has begun—even within 6 hours:

  • Made-to-order, customised, or engraved pieces
  • Items requested with size alterations or other custom adjustments
  • Orders flagged for payment review or address verification

If your order includes any of the above, contact us as soon as possible; we'll do our best to help.


Refunds for Approved Cancellations

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We process cancellations promptly; your bank or payment provider may take 3–10 business days to reflect the refund.
  • Orders paid via PayPal or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) are refunded back to those providers. Any instalment plans are adjusted by the provider.
  • We charge no cancellation fee within the 6-hour window.
  • We refund in the original checkout currency. Your bank may apply exchange rates/fees, which are outside our control.

After the 6-Hour Window

  • Cancellation may not be possible.
  • You can still explore a return or exchange after delivery, where eligible. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
  • If you need to update your shipping address or make a minor change, contact us immediately. We'll try to assist before dispatch.

Partial Cancellations & Bundles

If you cancel part of an order that was purchased with a bundle/quantity discount or promotion, your final order value may change. Any discount recalculations will be reflected in your refund.


Order Status Checklist

  • Placed less than 6 hours ago & not processed → Eligible to cancel.
  • Processing started / queued for dispatch → Cancellation not guaranteed; contact us immediately.
  • Shipped → Not cancellable; consider a return after delivery.
